The third restaurant for Executive Chef Ryan Swarthout and his team really serves up the sizzle, but this time with the assistance of Chef de Cuisine, Travis Borba, who brings his Latin cooking skills to the mix. They take regional dishes such as Enchiladas and Chili Renellos, and add a personalized new twist! Dishes like you never had them before, Estrella showcases Latin Riviera Cuisine with influences of Spain, South America, Mexico and Caribbean.

Operating in one of the most beautiful old buildings in down town Paso Robles, Estrella boasts plush furniture, bold color, rustic decorative elements and vibrant wall treatments.
